Surgery Dates Requirements
What is required for SURGERY DATES investigation?
The information needed to do a surgery chart is:
1. Date, time and location (city, state) of the patients birth.
2. City that surgery will be taking place.
3. Type of Surgery being scheduled.
4. Days of the week and hours that your surgeon is available. Your Doctors office has a scheduling nurse that can give you this.
5. Amount of time the surgery requires. Your Doctors office has a scheduling nurse that can give you this.
6. The time period that can be worked with. Some surgeries are of a more demanding nature and others are more easily moved around for your best and easiest healing. In fact some will be decide more or less by Spirit. When this happens the date of the surgery can still be looked at and a better understanding and plan of the healing phase can be organize.
The charge for this is $100.00 test.
I will need to hear back from you as soon as you decide on having this chart work done. Surgery Charts demand a good bit of time so I need to get them on my schedule as far in advance as is possible.
